Luxury homes today have systems that are integrated so seamlessly within a space that they’re barely noticed. Controlled by voice commands, custom-made panels, or mobile devices, modern home automation technology performs when and how you need it.
Entertainment, lighting, shades, and surveillance systems are just the beginning. We create harmony through technology, which means giving our clients a full array of options to customize their home systems, from personalized control panels to hidden televisions.
Our residential clients rely on Koncerted to integrate and customize these complex systems for their homes. Here are some examples of what we’ve achieved for our clients
This project highlights how technology can seamlessly integrate and blend with the design of a space. Although nearly every aspect of the home has some intelligent features it was a priority to ensure that devices do not overwhelm the vision for each room. From a state of the art home office to framed televisions, the technology in the home was carefully selected to enhance the overall aesthetics. The technology continues outside into a backyard oasis hidden in the middle of suburbia.
The owner of this home in Maine involved Koncerted in the design process from day one, allowing us to create unique, integrated systems with no workarounds. Design was first priority for this client, so all tech—including whole home audio, full surveillance, video doorbells, home entertainment, and five televisions—was chosen and installed with a minimalist aesthetic in mind. This secure, tech-enabled home also has as its centerpiece a custom-made floating staircase with embedded motion-sensored LED lights that give it a glowing effect. The owner of this luxury home in Wellesley, Massachusetts was looking for a range of custom solutions to make the home into a high-tech haven with completely integrated systems. We installed a hidden motorized television with corresponding multi-zone audio, as well as a full iPad control center, home voice control, and a video doorbell for security.
Built in 1969 with only one previous owner, this quaint Cape house needed a full renovation. We took the opportunity to wire for both the client’s current and future needs. The owners are self-described “recovering audiophiles,” so the speaker and equipment selection required a high-end solution to achieve this sound quality throughout 18 zones of indoor and outdoor audio. In addition, a lighting control system with close to 40 keypad locations strategically placed throughout the house was designed to let them control multiple lights from anywhere in the house, as well as to automate routine lighting scenes. This pool house in Fairfield County, Connecticut isn’t a full-time residence, but it could be thanks to the solutions we implemented. The pool house is now fully outfitted with voice control, smartphone app control and a keypad for lighting and fans. Plus, it features a motorized television that swivels for use in both the kitchen and dining room.
This luxury residence in Weston, Massachusetts maintains its clean aesthetic with invisible systems that required expert solutions. Seamless automatic shades in the breakfast nook, a home theater with speakers and voice control, and a TV hidden behind the bathroom mirror all called for custom solutions.
This client in Southboro, Massachusetts has the ultimate in smart home systems, mainly in the gym and a luxe three-season room. The gym features a quadruple television setup with four mounted screens that can play unique programs or combine for large-screen view. The three-season room also features automatic screens that lower and lift for easy access to the great outdoors.
